OPREMA-UREÐAJI d.d. Ludbreg is the only manufacturer of dispensing and cooling units for beer, wine,
water, soda-water and soft drinks in Croatia. In November 1998 the company was awarded the certificate EN ISO 9001:1994.
The company was recertificated by TÜV Nord Group and was awarded the EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
following the final Assessment Report. The Ceritificate is a proof that both structure and business activities are now in
accordance with this standard. Our goal is to fill up the demands and expectations of our customer and the world market.
Aware of the fact that only a stable system of Quality and Environmental management provides conditions for quality
products, we constantly improve and expand it by implementing new insigths and world experience.

QUALITY AND ENVIROMENTAL POLICY
Quality and environmental policy is a base of business operations here
at Oprema ureðaji d.d. and Oprema Intercom d.d. so the decision was made
to implement international norms ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 as an
integral quality system. For this reason we will conduct the following
policy:
- Our products must completely fulfill demands of our customers and demands regarding quality and environment which are or will be directed by domestic or foreign laws.
- All activities in this organization are oriented towards customer and his satisfaction. This satisfaction is periodically measured with purpose for constant improvement.
- Contact with customers is everlasting, and with that intent, all department managers must organize their activities towards gathering information and data of customer's demands, wishes and enjoyment with our organization.
- Approach towards all activities in this organization is directed towards optimization with a final goal of output efficiency, optimal resource usage, environmental protection and adaptation of exact procedures, specifications, education, law and other regulations. By recognizing all environmental aspects and its effect on all processes, we are tending to recognize important aspects and to manage them.
- We choose our suppliers based on criteria which will secure good quality materials and care for environmental effects of their products. This connection is permanent and constantly being improved.
- Internal quality management system is constantly in effect and being held on a high level which creates all prerequisites for production of quality products. With constant monitoring, measuring, analyzing, improvement and pollution prevention we take all necessary measures to ensure that the quality of our products makes us one the top producers in Europe.
- Education of employees is our constant mission, and the Board will make all necessary prerequisites for its realization.
- Responsibility for job quality is on its performer. All workers intercede that the do their work properly first any every other time while keeping mind on environmental effects.

Furthermore certifying the quality system, OPREMA UREDJAJI d.d. has also (as for example the "GS" certificate)
certified its products according to the requirements set for CE by the European Community.
Certificates by TÜV Products Service and VDE that already exist, are just another proof that in developing
and producing our cooling and dispensing units we meet the criteria of the unified European standards and currently
valid directives 89/336/EEC - Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and 73/23/EEC - Low voltage equipment (LVD).
For needs of our customers in Russia and Ukraine, and other countries with
specific legislation we have "RST" certificated coolers with sanitation credentials.
Participating in all major fairs specialized in beer coolers and pumps we aim to persuade our existing and
potential future buyers that we follow the world trends as regards design and quality and that we are capable of
manufacturing the units according to the demands and expectations of our buyers within agreed time under optimal
conditions.
